Cancellations & Refunds


 Customer can request to cancel the order min 2 days prior to the dispatch of items. has the right to cancel the order if item is out of stock, stock out or any official reason.

 If customer cancelling the order after shipment, shipping charges will not be refunded.

 Orders canceled after 2 days of shipping shall not be accepted and will have no refund.


 Only damaged/incorrect items will be accepted for returns/replacements. retains the rights to examine whether the item returned is damaged/incorrect and to decide to reship/replace the item to the customer.

 In case, the item is damaged/incorrect then will be replace and reship the item to the same shipping address of the customer if the items is not on stock out.


 If the item is stock out then a request for the refund will be initiated and the same shall be informed to the customer through registered email /phone.

 If the payment made through Payment Gateway, the amount will be refunded to the same card/bank account.

 If the payment made by online transfer/Vpp then we will do online transfer to the given bank details of the customer.

 Refund will be initiated within a week from the date of refund request initiated.
